Twice a year, REPER publishes a report which allows small associations to communicate and to make direct contacts between them easier. REPER network members receive it free only if they send some news about their activities to REPER at least once a year.

This report is not a sum of articles written by an editorial board, but a tool for the network members : through it, they can express themselves, ask questions, give answers, ... It is a sort of "spokesman" with whom an international aid can grow up : the more we will be, the more we will be listened.
